Shipping Address and
Notifications
During
the checkout process, we will ask you to fill out the address you wish your
products to be shipped to. When a purchase is made, you will be notified via
email the details of your purchase including your specified Shipping Address.
Changes to these shipping details can be made before order being shipped.
Another email will be sent once an order has been processed and shipped.

DHL
is our official logistics partner by a huge contracts guaranteeing fast and
high quality services maintaining lower prices and premium experience.
PTT – Governmental Post Mail
When
you order through PTT our responsibility ends by delivering the parcel to PTT
and providing the tracking number to you. In some cases PTT doesn’t operate temporarily
or permanently for specific countries, Turkish Provider doesn’t cover the excessive
amount of price when changing to another shipping method.
Turkish
Provider is not responsible for damage, lost parcels when shipping through PTT.
Tracking
shipments is the Client (buyer – customer) responsibility.
In
some cases we need to split the shipment up to the destination country, the
cost of it is calculated already in the finale shipping price,
Countries
with maximum 30 Kg allowance, shipments more than 30 Kg will be split to multiple
parcels example: 75 Kg shipment will be split to 3 parcels 1st 30 Kg
- 2nd 30 Kg - 3rd 15 Kg.
Countries
with maximum 20 Kg allowance, shipments more than 20 Kg will be split to multiple
parcels example: 50 Kg shipment will be split to 3 parcels 1st 20 Kg
- 2nd 20 Kg - 3rd 10 Kg.
Countries
with maximum 10 Kg allowance, shipments more than 10 Kg will be split to multiple
parcels example: 35 Kg shipment will be split to 3 parcels 1st 10 Kg
- 2nd 10 Kg - 3rd 5 Kg.
Delivery Time and Order Processing
While
the company strives to ship products as fast as we can and gives informative
shipping estimates, it makes no guarantees and will accept no liability nor
honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer time-to-ship
(Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the
handing of the product over to the carrier for transport). The company is also
not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company /
costumes authorities. The company retains the right to extend
expected delivery time due to unforeseen consequences.
Order Editing and Cancellation
When
an order is submitted and paid, it is routed to production right away, and the
fulfillment process of your cover is started. Always make sure the order is
just as you need it to be before the order confirmation and payment.

You can cancel the order for a full refund before the order has been shipped.
All
refunds for canceled orders are usually processed within 3-21 business days
after the cancellation (depending on the payment method that was used).
Shipping Destinations
Available
shipping destinations may vary by product. Available shipping destinations are
shown during the checkout process. Customers will not be able to purchase
products that need to be shipped to addresses beyond those given as choices. We
reserve the right to cancel orders and give a full refund to customers if for
some reason shipping cannot be carried out to a given address.
Shipping Costs
Our
shipping charges are determined by the subtotal USD amount of the order as well
as the final destination of your order. Before the final checkout page you will
be shown what the cost will be, and you will have a chance to not place your
order if you decide not to.
Insurance - damage and delay (EXCEPT SHIPPING WITH
GOVERNMENTAL POST MAIL PTT)
Every
product shipped by us is insured up to its full purchase price. It is our
responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is
only applicable to the original shipment from our warehouse to the customer and
not for subsequent shipments.
TURKISH
PROVIDER STORE WILL REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OF BUYING ORDER (EXCEPT SHIPPING
WITH GOVERNMENTAL POST MAIL PTT) IN THESE CASES:

Shipment lost in transit.
·
Received unmatched or different order.
·
Expired items in the order.
·
Unable or any kind of reason forbids Turkish provider store from
shipping the order.
Turkish Provider will
refund part of the amount of buying order (EXCEPT SHIPPING WITH GOVERNMENTAL POST MAIL PTT) in
these cases:
·
The value of any damaged products of the order. must be
documented by photograph during first 24 hours after receiving shipment and
sent to support team on : [email protected]
· The value of paid (out of stock products) from Turkish Provider Store.
Taxes, Import Fees and Customs
All
products are shipped from Turkey. Any products that are shipped may be subject
to additional import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination
country ("Import Fees") which may not be shown in the purchase price
when an item is bought. The recipient of an international shipment may be
subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your
country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the
recipient.
